However, it is your self-confidence that decides how far you will go down this path. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">One ability enables you to decide on a path. The other enables you to actually walk the path. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>Path<\/em> stands for plans, wishes, dreams, etc.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Therefore, a strong sense of self-confidence is of great importance. Otherwise, you may find it easy to find a direction in your life, i.e. you know what you want, but when it comes to being active and taking action, you may have problems being consistent. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">In Real Life<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">In your life, this means that you may repeatedly come to a point where your self-confidence is <em>tested<\/em>. If it is weak, then you will fail at this point. For example, you may think that you cannot do something, that it is not possible for you, or that the external conditions are not good enough, etc.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">In addition to an inner <em>lack of self-confidence<\/em>, it is above all external influences that can limit you. You do not trust because your self-confidence is weak, and therefore you do not trust the circumstances either. If the circumstances do not clearly signal to you that you are on the <em>right path<\/em>, you do not have enough self-confidence to continue on the path.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">As a result, you may be quickly dissuaded from your plans by setbacks, mistakes, irritations or the opinions of others.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Self-confidence is the basis of all your abilities. Especially the skills that make up your resilience and consistency. Your self-confidence determines whether and to what extent you will use your abilities. It is therefore very important to work on your self-confidence if it is still weak.   <\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Strength Can Become Weakness<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">At this point, you should be clear about something: a strong ego has nothing to do with self-confidence. Quite the opposite: it is the expression of a lack of self-confidence. You should therefore reflect honestly and objectively on yourself and ask yourself whether your self-confidence is strong or your ego.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">If you are one of the few people who have a strong sense of self-confidence, you should still complete the tutorial. Firstly, to make sure that it is not your ego that you are interpreting as self-confidence. Secondly, you may be able to optimize your self-confidence.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Strong self-confidence is sometimes not easy to handle, as it can have an intimidating effect on others. This can also turn out to be a disadvantage, as people generally don&#8217;t like other people whose <em>superiority<\/em> is obvious. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">It is also possible that your self-confident manner may be interpreted as arrogance by other people. In this respect, it makes sense to have the right sensitivity and ensure that, despite your confident and perhaps somewhat dominant manner, you always create constructive interference with others. Of course, your emotional intelligence also plays an important role here!  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The Causes<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Why do you have a lack of self-confidence?<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">In most cases, you will find the answer in your childhood. During your early formative years, between the ages of 4-7, you absorb most of your beliefs. The decisive factor here is that you recognize the majority of your beliefs as    <\/span><i style=\"font-weight: normal;\">prefabricated<\/i><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <i>beliefs<\/i>. Either by observing and adapting, or through your parents, who practically set and exemplify (their) beliefs for you. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">To make the process a little more tangible, I would like to give you a small example:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">A few years ago, I was sitting in the outdoor pool when a family with a little boy lay down next to me. I could hear that it was the 5-year-old boy&#8217;s first visit to the pool. This was particularly noticeable in his excitement and joy.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">He couldn&#8217;t wait to explore and experience this <em>new world<\/em>!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">When the family had settled in, the moment had finally come when the little boy was eager to set off on his adventure: he wanted to go to the pool, which was in direct sight of his parents.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">You could see the feeling of happiness on his face as he took his first step. However, his euphoria &#8211; <em>and his life<\/em> &#8211; was thwarted at that moment by his father. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;No! You&#8217;re not going alone! It&#8217;s dangerous!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">For days and weeks I wondered whether the father actually knew what he was doing to his child&#8230;<\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The Consequences<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">What happens in such a situation?<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The little boy is <em>implanted<\/em> with the belief that it is dangerous to pursue his <em>dreams<\/em> or <em>desires<\/em> on his own. It is dangerous, and you shouldn&#8217;t dare to do it alone. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">At this moment, his subconscious accepts this belief because it fits in with his existing knowledge: e.g. knowledge that accidents happen in a swimming pool, or that it is theoretically possible for him to get lost, etc. Perhaps it is the first time that he wants to set off alone into an unfamiliar environment, and then he is told by a caregiver or <i>trusted person<\/i> that this is dangerous.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">As we generally trust our parents, we accept beliefs that come from them more easily and without resistance than if they are offered to us by strangers.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">At this moment, the little boy is implanted with a belief that says: <em>&#8220;It&#8217;s dangerous and you can&#8217;t do it alone! The danger outweighs the opportunities, temptations and rewards.&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Unfortunately, the consequences remained hidden for the little boy and his parents on that day, as they would only become apparent many years later.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">When the little boy eventually becomes a teenager and is faced with the decision to set off on an <em>adventure<\/em>, the belief he was implanted with many years earlier will slow him down.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">When he grows up and is perhaps faced with the decision to embark on a <em>professional adventure<\/em>, this belief will slow him down.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">If he has to make a decision in his life that symbolizes a risk or a departure into <em>unknown territory <\/em>, such as a new relationship, a new job, emigration or even a new hobby, this belief will slow him down.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The System Behind It<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The reason why such a belief causes such limitations lies in the way it is stored or how it is interpreted by your subconscious.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Your subconscious does not know where you are, what you are up to, why you are up to it, and what consequences it could possibly lead to. In fact, your subconscious mind has very little information about the actual dimension or meaning of a situation. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">This is because your memory space (your brain cells) is limited and your subconscious is also trying to optimize your thinking &#8211; to make it efficient.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Therefore, it cannot store all the relevant information, and this does not correspond to the way your subconscious mind works. What your subconscious mind stores as a belief in such a situation is something like this: <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Don&#8217;t start running, it&#8217;s dangerous&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Don&#8217;t give in to your dreams, it&#8217;s dangerous!&#8221;  <\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Don&#8217;t try something new on your own, it&#8217;s dangerous!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Don&#8217;t leave your safety zone (comfort zone), it&#8217;s dangerous!&#8221;  <\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Etc.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">What also resonates in such a belief system:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Listen to the others, they know!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">This means that your subconscious only stores the <i>most rudimentary<\/i> connections and meanings.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">This process is comparable to setting goals: no matter what goal you set yourself, and no matter how much you justify, justify or appease it, your subconscious will always interpret it as follows:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">You want something, i.e. you don&#8217;t have it.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">That is pure logic!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Beliefs are stored according to the same principle, which means that they will continue to limit the little boy from the example years later, when the event from the swimming pool has long been forgotten.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">He wanted to dare or undertake something alone and was signaled that this was dangerous! The subconscious accordingly stores a belief system that says it is dangerous to dare to do something alone, or even to do it in general! <\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The Solution<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">You could now think endlessly about the possible causes of low self-confidence, but strictly speaking the causes are not important. What is important is how you can now program beliefs that strengthen your self-confidence. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The first step is to create a kind of foundation on which you can then continue to build your beliefs. You cannot go from <em>zero <\/em>self-confidence to <em>super<\/em> self-confidence in one step. You have too many beliefs that express the level of your current self-confidence. It is therefore impossible to replace these beliefs with a belief that expresses something completely different.   <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Climb the ladder of beliefs rung by rung, as always when programming your beliefs! Start with general statements that you can activate as beliefs without resistance, as they do not contradict your current beliefs. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Strong self-confidence is a healthy thing.&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>&#8220;Having strong self-confidence is great!&#8221;<\/em><em> <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>&#8220;Strong self-confidence is the key to more self-determination in life:&#8221;<\/em><em> <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Strong self-confidence protects you from the irritations that setbacks or disappointments can cause.&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;Strong self-confidence is a question of attitude &#8211; how you think about yourself.&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>&#8220;You gain strong self-confidence when you free your own thinking from thoughts that express fear.<\/em><em> <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Etc.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Find your own formulations or statements. The more, the better! <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Always remember the following: with every new belief that you program, your subconscious mind automatically replaces old beliefs that no longer fit your new belief. It is therefore not important whether such statements seem silly or invalid to you. It is about the principle and the <em>principles<\/em> that you are expressing.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Think again about how your subconscious interprets your beliefs! It only uses the rudimentary, elementary information or meaning. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The more beliefs you program that express that strong self-confidence is a good thing, that everyone can have it, that it is very helpful, etc., the more beliefs are replaced when they express the opposite.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">It is these beliefs that prevent you from activating your natural, strong self-confidence!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Always remember the principle of presence and absence: a weak self-confidence is not a weak self-confidence! It is merely the absence of a strong self-confidence <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The dark room is only dark because the light is absent.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The plants die because there is no water.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">It&#8217;s cold because the sun is absent.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Something is weak because the strength is absent.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">All you should do is express the presence of your self-confidence. It is not about <em>how much<\/em> self-confidence you have, or that it is particularly strong, etc. It is only about the basic connection and expressing (establishing \/ confirming \/ perceiving) a presence. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">If you have 1 cent, you can program the belief <em>&#8220;I have money!&#8221;<\/em> through your subconscious without any resistance!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">After you have laid the foundation with general beliefs, you can climb up a rung and formulate beliefs that include you:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;I have self-confidence, just like every other person!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>&#8220;My self-confidence is always present, even if I sometimes don&#8217;t feel it.&#8221;<\/em><em> <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;It&#8217;s up to me alone to strengthen my self-confidence the way I want to!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;My current self-confidence is the result of my past thinking and my old beliefs.&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&#8220;New beliefs = new self-confidence!&#8221;<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Etc.!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Again: find your own formulations and statements. Always pay attention to your I-frequency. It is important that it is always high or does not become weaker.  <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">If it becomes weaker, this means that you are trying to program contradictory beliefs, or the new belief is <em>too far<\/em> away. You still have doubts (non-confidence) in your statement. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The frequency of the belief or the feeling that you feel when you think it is not in harmony (constructive interference) with your I-frequency. Either the belief is too far away or you are not in your I-frequency! <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Your I-frequency is in harmony with the frequency of the feeling of love, just like a belief expressing the presence of self-confidence.
